Ingredients
- 4 small or 2 large organic beets, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)

Wash and dry the beets thoroughly before adding them to the juicer. Cut them into small pieces that will fit through the feed tube.
