Naturopress ships worldwide however free shipping is only available for Australia. International shipping carries a surcharge of $30 AUD which is payable on purchase.

Shipping times

Naturopress Pty Ltd is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and outstanding customer service. This Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy outlines our terms in clear compliance with New South Wales and Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Warranty Coverage

Naturopress Cold Press Juicer Auto X is covered under the following warranty:

  • Motor: 10-year warranty from date of purchase.

  • Parts and Labour: 2-year warranty from date of purchase.

Valid Warranty Claims:

A warranty claim is valid if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect impacting its functionality.

  • The issue occurs within the stated warranty period.

  • Consumable parts (e.g., strainers, brushes, seals) are faulty upon initial delivery (Dead on Arrival - DOA).

Exclusions from Warranty:

A warranty claim is invalid if:

  • Damage results from misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, overloading, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.

  • The defect arises from normal wear and tear or the natural deterioration of materials.

  • The product has been altered, modified, or used in a manner not intended by Naturopress.

  • The issue results from failure to follow instructions provided with the product.

  • Damage occurs due to external factors such as power surges, lightning, or environmental conditions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Confirm eligibility based on the criteria listed above.

  2. Ensure warranty registration has been completed.

  3. Complete and submit the Warranty Claim form available via customer support.

  4. Provide clear proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  5. Contact customer service via email to organise your claim and obtain a return shipping label.

Returning Products for Inspection

When returning products:

  • Securely package your item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • Clearly label the package as a warranty claim, including your contact details.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Under NSW and Australian Consumer Law, Naturopress Pty Ltd is not required to provide refunds or replacements for change-of-mind returns. However, at our discretion, we may accept returns under these conditions:

  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • A restocking fee may apply.

  • You cover the cost of return shipping and take responsibility for safe transit.

Refund Eligibility

A refund is valid if:

  • The product has a major fault as defined under ACL.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

  • The product is unsafe or unfit for its intended purpose.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Warranty Claims & Faulty Items: Naturopress covers return shipping costs if the product is verified as defective or incorrect.

  • Change of Mind Returns: You must cover return shipping costs and assume responsibility for safe transit.

Consumer Guarantees

This policy complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses or damages. For minor faults, you have the right to a timely repair or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:
