CranApple Cold-Pressed Juice Recipe (With a Twist)

The majority of cranApple juice recipes you can find online include a lot of added sugar, due to tartness from cranberries. We wanted to keep it healthy and added other fruit to balance things out. The sweetness in this cranApple juice with a twist comes from the natural sugars in the pear, apple, and orange. But the delicious taste is not the only thing these fruits bring.

There are many health benefits that come with this fresh cranApple orange juice, including:

  • 1 orange
  • ½ cup of cranberries
  • 1 ½ red apples 
  • 1 pear
  • 1/10 bulb fennel 
  • ⅕ lemon 


Wash the produce and start prepping by peeling the orange (make sure to leave the white bits), and removing the green stalks and fronds from the fennel. Quarter the lemon (leaving the skin on is optional) and place it into the cold press juicer. Add the remaining ingredients and enjoy your juice!
