Detox Vegetable Juice Recipe
DETOX VEGETABLE JUICE RECIPE
Detox vegetable juice is a great way to get your daily dose of essential vitamins and minerals.
Here's how to make it with your cold press juicer:
Ingredients
1 medium cucumber
2 medium stalks of celery
1 medium carrot
1 medium apple
1 small handful of fresh parsley or cilantro
1/2 lemon or lime, peeled
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
Instructions
Wash and chop the cucumber, celery, carrot, apple, parsley or cilantro, lemon or lime, and ginger.
Run the ingredients through a juicer, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Stir the juice to combine the ingredients and serve over ice, if desired. Enjoy!
Note: If using a blender, add 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth. Then, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solids.
