GINGER SHOT RECIPE
Ginger has been touted as medicinal herb in traditional healing modalities such as Ayyurvedic medicine for centuries. According to various studies, Ginger has been found to elicit anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Consuming ginger raw in the form a small cold pressed shot will give you a fiery kick sure to awaken the senses. Use a cold press juicer to produce the best quality cold press juice.
Ingredients
- 1 Claw of Ginger
- 1 Lime
Alternatively, instead of lime you can use lemon or half and apple depending on your taste preference.
Preparation
Wash the lime and the claw of ginger and put them through a cold press juice together. You can leave the lime unpeeled if its un-waxed and you prefer a zesty flavour. If its waxed then we recommend you peel the skin before juicing.
