This juice is great for weight loss due to the vitamin C in oranges and the calcium in bok choy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of sliced oranges
- 1/4 cup of banana
- 1/3 cup of bok choy
Peel the orange and chop the banana into appropriate portions. Bok choy leaves should be well washed and chopped into 2-inch pieces. Place all of the ingredients in the juicer. Enjoy! If you prefer, serve over ice.
