Wheatgrass Juice Recipe
Wheatgrass is known to have many health benefits, but it’s also known for having a very unique taste not many can tolerate. If you’re just starting with introducing wheatgrass into your diet, this juice is a good start to build up your tolerance.
When picking wheatgrass make sure to choose young and fresh grass, in order to minimize chances of bitter taste and that strong grass smell. Also, add your favorite fruits in the combination, here is ours:
Ingredients
- Handful of wheatgrass
- 1 apple
- 3 tangerines
Preparation
After thoroughly washing all your ingredients, soak the wheatgrass in cold water for half an hour. In the meantime remove the stem from the apple and cut it into large pieces and peel the tangerines. Juice the wheatgrass first in your cold press juicer, then proceed with the apple and tangerine. Enjoy!
