Naturopress ships worldwide however free shipping is only available for Australia. International shipping carries a surcharge of $30 AUD which is payable on purchase.

Shipping times

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase  with delivery times taking between 2-5 days in Australia.  International delivery depend on the destination country and will vary in time. For further information on shipping please email us: customercare@naturopress.com.au

Returns policy

Thank you for your interest in our returns policy. As a business operating in Australia, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which provides certain rights and protections to consumers.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about your purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a major fault or defect which prevents the juicer from working. This policy applies to all products purchased from our store.

Major Faults and Defects:

In the event that your juicer has a major fault or defect which prevents it from working, we will offer a refund or replacement. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product:

• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is significantly different from the description, sample or demonstration model shown to you when you made your purchase
• Is substantially unfit for its intended purpose, and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time
• Is unsafe

Please note that if you return a product that does not have a major fault or defect, we will not provide a refund or replacement.

Change of Mind Within 7 Days:

If you change your mind within 7 business days of purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange. However, please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

Exceptions:

Please note that this policy does not apply to instances where you are simply unhappy with the yield of juice produced by the juicer. We recommend that you carefully read the product description and reviews before making a purchase. No juicer can extract a 100% yield, our juicers yield on Average 70-90% of the juicer.

Warranty

Naturopress offers a 2 year parts and labour warranty and a 10 year motor warranty. The warranty does not apply in cases of normal wear and tear and accidental damage.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at coldpress@naturopress.com.au and send your item to: unit 4/112 Alfred street, sans souci 2219, NSW.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: unit 4/112 Alfred street, sans souci 2219, NSW.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
